Russian group “Metropol invest” and American “Strategic Partners” will carry out the construction of the “Club Tamesloht resort” in Marrakech for a global cost of USD 160 million, reported MAP news agency.
The two American and Russian groups will carry out the 280 ha project.
The chief executive of “Metropol Invest”, Gabriel Danon, said in a press conference held Friday in Marrakech “this is the first American Russian project in Morocco and the first of a kind in the Arab world.”
Russian ambassador to Morocco, Alexandre Tokovinine, underlined that the project will help improving tourism sector in the kingdom.
The project will include the construction of 200 suite palace, a four star hotel, a conference center, two golf fields and a residential complex.
