Médecin dans un hôpital new-yorkais, l'Indien Manish Garg (28 ans) est accusé d'avoir abusé d'une jeune femme américaine inconsciente complètement ivre et qui a été victime de la "drogue du viol". La jeune femme a affirmé qu'en se réveillant dans la salle d'urgence, elle a trouvé le médecin en train de tripoter ses seins après l'avoir embrassé! Mieux, le médecin a invité la jeune femme à sortir avec lui!
Le médecin est suspendu et le procès risque de lui coûter très cher en terme d'argent et de réputation.

A Harlem Hospital doctor has been accused of fondling a patient while she was out cold in the ER, authorities said Wednesday.
Dr. Manish Garg even had the nerve to ask the victim out on a date when she confronted him later, sources said.
Garg - a 28-year-old medical intern from India - kissed the woman and fondled her breasts while she lay unconscious during a May 7 trip to the emergency room, authorities said.
The woman, who is in her 20s, had become ill after someone slipped her what appears to be a date rape drug.
She woke up - and discovered the doctor groping her, sources said.
The alleged victim later taped the handsy doc admitting what he did - just before inviting her on a date, sources said.
Garg was charged with sex abuse and suspended with pay, according to his lawyer, Oscar Michelen.
Michelen said Garg pleaded not guilty.
A key part of the defense will be the alleged victim's mental state at the time - and why she did not report the incident until May 11.
Sources said the woman had been drinking and has no recollection of how she wound up at the hospital.
Harlem Hospital did not respond to a request for comment.
