Get up to $20 if you join Nutella lawsuit

As settlement of a class-action lawsuit alleging deceptive marketing, Nutella is offering up to $20 back to customers.
If you purchased Nutella hazelnut spread in California at any time from Aug. 1, 2009 through Jan. 23, 2012, or in any state other than California between Jan, 1, 2008 through Feb. 3, 2012, you can get $4 per jar back, up to a total of $20.
You must apply online by July 5, 2012.
Nutella is not admitting that there was any deceptive marketing, but they have agreed to pay consumers who want their money back.
I'm really not a believer in lawsuits like this, but I am going to apply for the refund, because their marketing did fool me. Nutella's ads implied until recently that it was a healthy product.
I actually was buying it for my kids' lunches instead of peanut butter because I believed that it was as healthy as it claimed.
Then, hello, I actually read the label, when I discovered the two top ingredients are sugar and palm oil, so it is basically like eating a big chocolate bar.
The touting of hazelnuts seems to promise protein, but there's very little protein in this product. There is a lot of chocolate, sugar and fat.
A 200-calorie serving of Nutella has three grams of protein, compared to 190-calorie serving of Skippy peanut butter which has seven grams, according to the labels.
Shame on me for not reading the label earlier, but I was so overjoyed to find a product that my kids loved, I was temporarily struck blind. I will still buy Nutella, but not for every day.
And now their ads emphasize the good taste, not the health benefits.

Le vantant de noisettes semble promettre des protéines, mais il ya très peu de protéines dans ce produit. Il ya beaucoup de chocolat, de sucre et de graisse.
