Le clown Sellal parle d'un plan de la promotion de l'agriculture du tabac à Al Oued pour aider l'économie Algérienne en difficulté pendant que des pays comme la Finlande prévoit qu'elle deviendrait le premier pays sans cigarettes au monde pour préserver la santé de ses citoyens.

Finland is on it's way to becoming the first country in the world to eradicate smoking. The previous official goal from 2010 was set for a smoke-free Finland by 2040, but the updated legislation now mentions 2030 as the new goal.
