The International Alliance (AIDL) strongly condemns and criminalizes the recruitment and exploitation of children and throwing them in conflicts and wars

The International Alliance for Defense of Rights and Freedoms (AIDL) renewed its full condemnation and criminalization of recruiting and exploiting children and throwing them in conflict and war zones. Such act consider as an international crime requiring international prosecution for all those involved.
And within the framework of the investigations and follow-up conducted by the International Alliance (AIDL) in this context, we received a video tape that is being circulated in a social media showing a number of children carrying weapons, and according to the clip the children are in (Tindouf) area. The video shows them that they are training to throw weapons as well as they are being indoctrinated and incited to participate in the ongoing conflict with Morocco.
The International Alliance (AIDL) affirms that any recruitment of children, exploitation and their involvement in any conflicts and wars is completely prohibited and criminalized in international law puting all those responsible for this under accountability and international legal prosecution.
In this context, we in the (AIDL) call upon the leadership of the (Polisario) to clarify what have been shown in the video.
The International Alliance (AIDL) also reaffirms its constant and firm stance that all parties (Polisario - Morocco) should return to dialogue and peaceful means to resolve the existing conflict and return to the path of negotiations sponsored by the United Nations.
The International Alliance (AIDL) and starting from its international duties will support all the efforts to achieve the peace .

L'Alliance internationale pour la défense des Droits et des Libertés (AIDL) a renouvelé sa condamnation totale pour le recrutement et l'exploitation des enfants en les plongeant dans des zones de conflit et de guerre, car il s'agit d'un crime international qui nécessite des poursuites et un suivi internationaux pour toutes les personnes impliquées.
Dans le cadre des enquêtes et du suivi que mène l'AIDL dans ce contexte, nous avons reçu une cassette vidéo diffusée sur les réseaux sociaux montrant un certain nombre d'enfants portant des armes.
Selon la vidéo, ce sont des enfants de la région de Tindouf qui s'entraînent aux tirent avec des armes et ils sont endoctrinés et encouragés à participer au conflit en cours avec le Maroc.
L'Alliance internationale AIDL affirme que tout recrutement d'enfants, leur exploitation et leur implication dans des conflits et des guerres est complètement interdit et criminalisé en droit international, aussi il place tous les responsables de cette pratique sous la responsabilité et les poursuites judiciaires internationales.
Dans ce contexte, nous, au sein de l'AIDL, appelons les dirigeants du Polisario à plus de clarté sur ce sujet.
L'Alliance internationale AIDL réaffirme également sa position constante et ferme selon laquelle toutes les parties (Polisario et Maroc) devraient revenir au dialogue et aux moyens pacifiques pour résoudre le conflit existant et reprendre la voie des négociations parrainées par les Nations Unies. L'Alliance internationale AIDL partant de ses devoirs et ses engagements internationaux met à disposition tous ses moyens pour soutenir et renforcer les efforts pour la réalisation de la paix.
