Dubai's High Rise Real Estate has revealed plans to build a $1.6bn Rotating City on an island off of Abu Dhabi, reported Emirates Today. The development would cover 10m sqft and include a row of 20 rotating buildings and 300 revolving villas, as well as two hotels. Each apartment would occupy an entire floor and be able to rotate 360 degrees; the revolving villas would be built on floating decks.

C'est très dangeureux pour leur avenir ce qu'ils font.

Un building qui tourne, intéressant mais comment ils vont faire pour l’orientation de leurs prières, il faudra peut être pensé a un tapis tournant qui détectera la Mecca automatiquement et les détournera de la misère du monde.
