Algeria said it will reopen its embassy in Tripoli in the coming days after seven years of closure over security threats. The announcement came Wednesday after a visit for the Algerian Foreign Minister, Sabri Boukadoum, to Tripoli, where he carried out a visit to check on the conditions of the embassy headquarters ahead of reopening in the few coming days. Boukadoum's remarks came in a visit he paid to Tripoli Wednesday, when he met the Head of the Presidential Council, Fayez Al-Sarraj, Head of High Council of State, Khalid Al-Mishri, Speaker of Tripoli-based House of Representatives, Hamouda Sayala, and Foreign Minister, Mohammed Sayala, along with other officials.
