Please advise this Forum could be used to help out some young compatriots?

There is a requirement of some projects engineers having 8 to 10 years "Real" hand on experience.
This is in the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical fields (projects development and construction).
English is a MUST.
All specialities required (mechanical, control/instrumentation, process, etc).
Location: the Middel East.

there was a conference at the university of Oran about this, I've visited ther website, we have to do some test on line...I haven't tried yet!
