I would like to wish a Happy birthday to Madiba : Nelson Mandela. He was born on 18 July 1918 in south Africa.
I didn't find better words than his to talk about him:

“I have fought against white domination, and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the ideal of a democratic and free society in which all persons live together in harmony and with equal opportunities. It is an ideal which I hope to live for and to achieve. But if needs be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die."

Thanks for teaching us lessons of faith and courage.

en lisant le titre j'avais cru que vous alliez annoncée la mort de ce grand homme comme vous l'avez fait pour Mohamed Lakhdar Essaihi.et comme depuis la dernière fois je n'ai pas encore appris l'anglais je ne peux que dire joyeux anniversaire à ce MONSIEUR et longue vie (là je crois que c'est un peu plus difficile).

j'ai la prétention d'avoir au moins appris une phrase ( en anglais en plus..... ) et l'ai adapté à mon "pré carré" algerien :
