En Israël le refus de passer son service militaire mène directement en prison et via le tribunal militaire. Noam Bahat, Haggai Matar, Adam Maor, Shimri Tsameret et Matan Kaminer ont été condamnés à un an de prison supplémentaire par le tribunal militaire de l'armée israélienne aprés avoir passé 14 mois en prison pour ce refus.
Pourquoi pas en Égypte?

Connais-tu au moins les chefs d'accusation pour lesquels il a été inculpé ?

Les voilà :

1. - Insulte à l'institution militaire
2. - publication de fausses nouvelles
3. - et trouble à l'ordre public

Donc, il n'a jamais été question sur le fait qu'il est un objecteur de conscience !

Par conséquent, ne mélange pas tout Bel-court !

Au lieu de parler dans le vide, et si tu veux vraiment connaitre ce monsieur, ce qu'il a publié, et surtout pourquoi l'armée veut le bailloner, alors lis son blogue (faire une rech google et tape mot clé : Maikel Nabil Sanad).

1. Insulte à l'institution militaire

Les dires de Maikel Nabil ne datent pas d'hier ou de la semaine passée mais l'année passée.
Ce qu'il a dit:
. "I thought about this a lot and decided to refuse to serve in the Egyptian army, and accept the results, whatever they would be, even though I knew the results would be hard because I am the first young Egyptian to refuse to serve for pacifist reasons."
"I am a pacifist, I am against bearing arms and participating in military and paramilitary organizations. Recruitment goes against my conscience. I don't want to act against my conscience, whatever the price. I also am not willing to be a pawn on the chessboard of an arms race, struggles and bloodbaths in the region. I don't want to point a weapon at a young Israeli, recruited into obligatory service, defending his state's right to exist. I think obligatory service is a form of slavery and I have worked for years for my freedom."
"They accused me of collaboration, of treachery, of working for foreign interests. In light of this campaign, I began fearing for my life if I were to serve in the army, especially in an organization that enjoys censorship, a non-neutral military judicial system etc. In my desire to preserve my life, even if I sit in jail for years, I prefer this to the adventure of being killed in the army."
"I don't want to take part in anti-Semitic operations or those that negate Israel's right to exist in the region. I see Israel as a liberal, modern state with a religious character. I have friends in Israel and I think Israelis have a right to defend themselves."

En gros il accuse l'armée égyptienne d'être contre Israël ...etc et il dit lui même il est prêt aux circonstances même s'il passe plusieurs années en prison.
Je le comprends c'est un pacifiste, mais d'un seul coup vous êtes devenus pour quelqu'un qui blanchit Israël et accuse son propre pays?
Je ne le condamne pas personnellement mais d'aprés ses propos il est prêt pour plus de 3 ans en prison, comment sa condamnation te choque ?
