today i have a terrible headache , half of my brain on fire with my left eye out of control (tears , light sensitivity )..
pry for my poor soul...

sometimes shower help me to degrease my headache and it gave some rest, even for couple of minutes it's better then dealing with it continually ...

in fact, iam currently in a dark room , swllowled two 500mg pills of algerian doliprane( no effect at all ) , the only source of light is my computer screen.

dont laught at me but i have a pirate bandage(mahérma) on my left eye ( source of the issue ).

shower wont resolve the the siutation, ,it may be the source of my migraine (was yesterday morning shower , went to work with wet head)..
